Jack's Black Label Jerky
Our range of Beef Jerky products are made with 100% Australian Beef. This is the most important part of the equation - the quality of the end product relies on the quality of the meat you put in. Strips of beef are then mixed with our blend of Spices and air-dried in our custom-built drying room (this dehydrates the meat and locks in the flavour). The result - delicious dried jerky sticks. Our product is then packaged in-house using our packaging line. Our purpose-built manufacturing facility in Caringbah in Sydney's South handles all stages of production, from raw beef to packaged jerky!
Our jerky comes in 8 great flavours; Original, BBQ, Chilli, Piri Piri, Maple, Garlic, Pepper Steak & Kangaroo. For more information on each flavour, please click on a button above.
