Jack’s Black Label Fine Foods is an Australian Owned and Operated Company based in Sydney Australia. We specialise in the production of premium quality Beef Jerky and Award-winning Deli Small goods. Our aim is to be innovative in our approach to product design, manufacturing and distribution in order to provide our customers with a level of customer service that surpasses expectations.
Who are we?
The Stapleton family of butchers have been around for over 100 years, proudly serving the Sutherland Shire with premium quality, fresh meat. For over 10 years, Stapleton’s Quality Meats Gymea has been producing a range of Deli Smallgoods that have won an array of awards. Stapleton’s own Ham and Bacon, for example, have been both gold and silver medal winners at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. In 2011, a new brand was established to expand on this deli range and introduce a new range of dried beef products; and thus Jack’s Black Label Fine Foods was born.
Jack’s Black Label Fine Foods is operated by brothers Mark and Tim Stapleton. The company is proudly named after our grandfather Jack who was a butcher, as was his father – Charles Harvey Stapleton, the original Stapleton butcher in the Sutherland Shire.
Our manufacturing facility in Caringbah has been custom fitted to manufacture beef jerky. Our specialised drying room was engineered to our specific requirements to consistently air-dry our product in accordance with our stringent manufacturing process.
Our fully integrated manufacturing approach means that we handle everything under the one roof. From the preparation of Beef Topsides to the packaging, boxing and distribution of the resulting Beef Jerky. This approach allows us to handle quality control first-hand and also means that we can be quite agile in the trialling and introduction of new flavours. Our facility is fully NSW Food Authority Accredited, backed by our production manuals that have been built from the ground up for the specific production of dried beef products. Our in-house and external lab testing schedule ensures shelf life periods are consistently verified over time. Our custom-fitted packaging line allows us to schedule our production to cater for specific, high volume orders (such as promotional activities) when necessary.
Jack’s Black Label Fine Foods is a proud member of the Australian Made Campaign. We display the green and gold logo on all of our packs. We believe that the campaign is not only important to consumers but also to the future of Australian production of products.
